At Timeless Moments, we’re a small team of passionate photographers and filmmakers dedicated to capturing love stories in their truest form. Founded by real-life couple Hailee and Cesar, our work is rooted in connection, trust, and authenticity. We believe every wedding has its own story — one filled with raw emotion, beauty, and meaning — and it deserves to be documented with care and intention. Together with our longtime friend and teammate, we bring a blend of artistry, emotion, and storytelling to every celebration we capture.

MEET THE TEAM
Hi, I’m Cesar! The lead filmmaker and storyteller behind the lens.
Hailee and I have been creating together for six years now, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Filming weddings has become something I genuinely love, not because of the production of it all, but because of the realness. The energy, the quiet glances, the inside jokes… the stuff that makes your day yours. Those are the moments I live to capture.
On a wedding day, I keep things simple. No stiff posing, no pressure, no performing for the camera. Just gentle direction when you want it and space to be yourselves when you don’t. My goal is always to help you forget the cameras are even there — because that’s when the magic happens.
And when I’m not filming? You’ll probably find me at home with Hailee and our pets, enjoying the quiet moments that remind us why we love doing this work in the first place.

I’ve been a photographer and filmmaker for over 5 years, and I owe so much of my creative growth to Cesar — the best teacher and partner I could ask for. Together, we make a great team both in life and behind the camera. I handle most of the behind-the-scenes details, so I’ll be the one you’ll chat with throughout your experience. I can’t wait to get to know you and help bring your wedding story to life.
I’ve always been drawn to the little things — those quiet, fleeting moments that often go unnoticed but are somehow unforgettable. Weddings are my favorite to capture because they’re magical, overflowing with love, and such an important day in a couple’s life. Seeing someone find another who they fall so deeply in love with is amazing.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me painting or crafting. I find joy in the simple things, laughter in the kitchen, a fall sunset, or finding seashells on a warm beach. We have big dreams for our life and this business, and honestly, it feels like we’re just getting started.

Photography and videography was never something that I had ever seen myself doing as a profession. During my time as a sports writer for Sac State’s student paper, I had the opportunity to wield a camera and put my eye to the test. After that, it wasn’t long until I saw myself wanting to express my creativity from behind the lens.
In March of 2025, Cesar and Hailee, who have been my close friends for over a decade, presented me with another opportunity to put my newfound passion to work. They asked me to join the Timeless Moments team as a secondary videographer and I think it’s safe to say that we’ve developed great chemistry, a must if you want a successful wedding shoot.
Cesar and Hailee have been great mentors, helping me hone in on my craft and arrive at wedding days confident in my skills to capture couples on their happiest day. I’ve come to appreciate photography and filmmaking as a necessary art form-not just as a matrimonial medium, but for all aspects of life.
